This course includes all four DBT skills modules in our 22-week program. All modules are 6 weeks long except for Mindfulness which is 4 weeks long. Mindfulness is slightly shorter because it is integrated into all the other modules and serves as the foundation for DBT. Students can start our program with any DBT module.

Our Foundational DBT Skills program for mental health providers is a fully self-paced program. Upon receipt of payment, you’ll get access to our program within 1 business day.
Guidepost DBT and TheraHive are approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. Guidepost DBT and TheraHive maintain responsibility for this program and its content. Continuing education credits are awarded upon module completion. Please note, no partial credits will be issued for incomplete modules. Module completion includes completing the end of module survey.

By participating in the course, you'll gain firsthand experience of the methods and strategies your clients will use, ensuring a deeper understanding and more effective teaching approach.

If you purchase an individual module (Distress Tolerance, Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, or Interpersonal Effectiveness), you’ll have 30 days from receipt of purchase to complete your course.

If you do not complete all modules of the course within 6 months and you require an extension, please reach out to our Customer Success team. If you purchase an individual module (Distress Tolerance, Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, or Interpersonal Effectiveness), you’ll have 30 days from receipt of purchase to complete your course.
