Our CE program offers a comprehensive, self-paced curriculum covering the core principles and techniques of DBT. Tailored for mental health providers, this course provides practical knowledge and skills to enhance your clinical practice and improve client outcomes.

- 22 Hours of Instruction: Learn at your own pace with engaging written, video, and interactive content designed to help you learn and master DBT skills.
- Optional CE Credits: Earn up to 22 CE credits with our APA recognized program.

Course Modules
This course includes all four DBT skills modules in our 22-week program. All modules are 6 weeks long except for Mindfulness which is 4 weeks long. Mindfulness is slightly shorter because it is integrated into all the other modules and serves as the foundation for DBT. Students can start our program with any DBT module.

Please note, no partial credits will be issued for incomplete modules. Module completion includes completing the end of module survey.

If you purchase an individual module (Distress Tolerance, Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, or Interpersonal Effectiveness), you’ll have 30 days from receipt of purchase to complete your course.

If you do not complete all modules of the course within 6 months and you require an extension, please reach out to our Customer Success team.
