Job Description

TheraHive, a leader in mental health education, is seeking an empathetic Enrollment Associate to join our dynamic enrollment team at 10-15 hours a week to start. As an Enrollment Associate, you will engage with inbound leads, guide them through our enrollment process, and play a pivotal role in helping individuals on their journey to improved mental health and well-being.

As part of your onboarding, you will be expected to participate in a month of our program and to develop an understanding of Dialectical Behavior Therapy so that you can represent it effectively to prospective students.

Responsibilities

‍

• Engage Inbound Leads: Interact with inbound leads who have initiated our enrollment process or provided contact information in exchange for valuable resources such as downloadable worksheets.
• Utilize HubSpot: Leverage your expertise in HubSpot to effectively track and manage leads through our sales process, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
• Calendar Management: Manage your schedule using Google Calendar and make sales call bookings available through Calendly.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with leads via email, text messaging, and phone calls, ensuring they receive the support and information they need.
• Lead Tracking: Maintain meticulous organization by tracking every lead through our sales process, providing consistent and accurate follow-up.
• Video Sales Calls: Conduct all sales calls via video, ensuring you have a high-bandwidth internet connection, HD quality web-camera, proper lighting, and a professional environment.
• Recording and Training: Record sales calls for training purposes, unless the prospect requests not to record the session.

Requirements

• CRM Proficiency: A minimum of one year of experience using a CRM for lead management and sales tracking.
• English Fluency: Exceptional English language skills, both spoken and written.
• Empathy: A deep sense of empathy and genuine curiosity about our students' experiences, motivations, and goals.
• Professionalism: Warm, highly professional, and organized, with excellent follow-up skills.
• Sales Experience: Experience in online education sales is a significant advantage. Experience in selling healthcare or mental health offerings is preferred..

Compensation

This is an hourly position at $20-30 an hour, depending on experience.
